A PLOT of land on the edge of Hagley and Stourbridge has sold for £242,000.
The 7.4-acre parcel, on the corner of Pedmore Hall Lane and Hagley Road, between Hagley and the Pedmore area of Stourbridge, went under the hammer on September 14 at the latest livestreamed sale hosted by Bond Wolfe Auctions.
The freehold plot had a guide price of £69,000+.
The Bond Wolfe Auctions website said the rectangular parcel of land may be suitable for “a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents” and that it was being sold freehold with vacant possession upon completion.
